Outlines of PPJ establishment
Outline of the company’s milestones:
- On 26th May 2015, Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province granted the initial business registration number: 09 009 19 438 with total chartered capital: 50,000,000,000 (Fifty billion Vietnamese Dongs).
- On 14 August 2015: Company received Hung Yen Province People’s Committee Investment Agreement. Factory area: 38.661 m2 in Quang Vinh – Van Du Industrial Zone, An Thi district, Hung Yen.
- In November 2015: Pacific plastic JSC finished site clearance compensation service.
- On January 2016: the entire project area has been leveled to the height of No.200 provincial road.
- In January 2016, Pacific Plastic JSC signed training contracts (for managers and workers) with plastic joint stock company Hung Yen. The training of workers is carried out simultaneously with the construction of the plant will prepare Pacific Plastic JSC with skilled workers to meet demanding requirements from the very first days of production.Business plan in 2016:
- By March 2016: started construction of No.1 plant (area 5.950m2) and the auxiliary facilities (security house, garage, canteen, power stations, …). Design capacity: 18,000 tons / year.
- By April: 2016: Opening the training courses at the Hung Yen Plastic JSC.
- By September 2016: complete construction of No1 factory and ancillary works. Machine installation and testing.
- By October 2016: Complete first contract.
